Questions
How do I make a call?
Install a SIP calling app (for example Linphone or Zoiper) and sign in with the login shown on your account page. Dial numbers with their country code, e.g. +49 for Germany.
Why do you need my mobile number?
Your mobile number is your account. We confirm it with a text message, so only you can sign up with it.
What if my credit runs low?
Under €2 you get an email and a notice in the app; when it runs out, an email to top up.
Does my credit expire?
No. It stays on your account until you use it.
Is paying safe?
Payments go through PayPal. We never see your bank or card details.
